There were a few small bugs related to the initial 1.17 installs and trial boards. If you are experiencing any of these issues feel free to ask because there is a fix:
  • Go to last post icon not appearing or a red "x" in IE
  • Admin panel activate button garbled in Unactivated group
  • Funny text in emoticon order column upon adding new ones
  • No color box around color picker in editor using IE
  • Wrong initial color in same area using SIMPLE theme and Firefox
  • User rating system goes bonkers when smart cache is turned on
  • Funny table layout when using side columns and no visible forums (as guest)
All known issues, has fixed for subsequent installs. There should only be about 10 customers affected at most.

Sorry if it has caused any problems-

Jim

Just a small one I found Jim. When using Preview in the test forum Jim, the Reply button is incorrectly labelled as "previewreply". It still works, just labelled wrong;

If it's really bugging you I'll change it on the trial but I just updated the distro files (with Post Reply, not the text above ;)).

I'll add it to the list. Funny how the little things crawl out of the woodworks. I'm glad everyone is good at telling me this stuff, it makes for a better product.

Which brings me to a problem Martin noticed, when on index in recent posts tab the red dot, clip and rating do not show.

This is bigger than I first thought. I have worked on it and it's easy to make it "work" but it pulls a gazillion queries when it works due to it accessing multiple topics from multiple forums. View forum only pulls all topics from one forum.

I can make it work right but it will require some restructuring of the main query that pulls the topic info.

I'm going to let this one slide until I get the main site going, the forum moved and the files officially uploaded to private support. I know it's there but it will have to wait for a little while.

Jim

In the Calendar Using The Simple Theme, Month and Year Text is Blue against a Black Background making it all but impossible to read. It has to be highlighted in order to view the Month And Year.

I can see it, it is dark but I do see it.

Since I have to go in and fix all the big bugs I'll change it for you.

John, sorry to hear that. It's hard losing anyone close to you, we understand.

Your date range field is white now and can be seen, all the other fixes have been applied also.

Thank You

That Dog has Been My Shadow for months, But My Daughter needs her in Charleston S.C. For some Security where she lives.

The Friend Was Walter Haynes, Hall of Fame Steel Guitarist and Renowned Record Producer, Broke his hip recently and went downhill from Complications.

Never go into a hospital if you can avoid it, They will kill you in there.

Looks Good, now us Ole Folks can see it.:)
