I remember you mentioning this months ago Dean. Did you ever get a resolution to it and was it who you suspected it was at the time?

I have invisibility disabled on my board. It's not an issue for anyone, in fact my members prefer that no one be invisible. It's not an option when new people join, so they don't even miss it.

It came about for us, because of the admin at the board we split from (and where I was a Super Mod.) They were basically inactive, not communicating with anyone, but they would log in as invisible, to read up. Not really a big deal, because it was their board. The problem though, was that they didn't want to be bothered with participating in their board, but they got angry if I, or the one member of admin who WAS there, tried to make improvements without their input. They would always tell us they were too busy to post, or communicate, but we would see them logged on all the time- just invisible, so that the regular members couldn't see them. So, when we split, the majority of the members followed us, and one of the things they wanted, was for no one to be invisible.

It wasn't the exact person Steve, but he was tied into it with others throughout the USA....

It has been resolved, but at the cost of nearly $2000 by the time it was done :x

Im not sure what happen to the individuals as it was turned over to our local sheriff dept, and they had to turn it over to the FBI because it was a US wide ordeal.
