Starting today my wife and I have getting a message “Stack overflow at line: 0” when opening threads and PMs. Other members haven’t reported this problem yet. My wife and I have different computers so it doesn’t seem like it the message is related to anything on our computers. The forum is the only site giving us the message.

I've seen this in IE before, but not on this board. Are you using IE?

Something is stuck in a never ending loop. Need more clues.... what theme, which OS on the computer.

Do you adjust your security settings to a custom level?

We’re both using Window XP Media Center Edition SP3. We’re both using Explorer 8 beta 2. We have security settings set at default.

None of the JS routines have been checked with 8 beta and I hope you understand until it is out of beta I really can't conform to it's interpretation of scripts. When it is released if there are problems then I can and certainly address them... immediately.

I see what you’re saying. It might be something related to Explorer 8 beta and that’s why other members didn’t report it. What’s strange is the problem went away for both of us. So for some reason it was only a temporary problem.

Thanks for you help

IE 8 Beta has been out there for a while and evidently its taking a while to get the bugs out. I have downloaded it twice in the past 6 months and removed it twice, Because of its problems and instability. I am Running XP Pro SP3, on a P4 Dell with 1gb ram, Pretty straight forward System.
